We want you to love your Howlaroo. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Please note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll inform you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Howlaroo arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
